Roya and Shirin, are neighbors, encounter a new problem after being accepted in the University Entrance Exam. Their university is located on a mountaintop, out of Tehran. And their families would not let them go there . However, Shirin’s brother, Farhad, promises their families to take care of them.The dormitory of the university is under repair. So they choose to live in a building close to the dormitory. In front of this building, which belongs to a woman named Sakineh, there is an old and almost ruined building, from where some horrifying sounds are heard at nights. Sakineh believes that this old building is the frequent place of genies and devils. Roya has no fear, unlike Shirin who is a timid person. Anyhow, they accompanied by Farhad and some of their roommates, occasionally visit that ruined building to find its secret. Once as Roya and Shirin are searching the building, they find a room where a wedding tablecloth is spread and some bloody wedding dresses are hanging. Thereafter, Shirin refuses to accompany Roya; however, Roya keeps on her investigation with great caution and insistence. Finally, she finds out that an ugly and psycho man, named Ghobad, frequently comes to the old building. Considering Sakineh’s ideas, Ghobad is the main suspect of the disappearance of some brides on their wedding night. Ghobad, finding out that Roya knows his secret, is going to kill her. Before he finds the chance of killing Roya, the police tries to arrest him; however, he gets away. Farhad accompanies the police and they go after Ghobad, and finally manage to arrest him.
