A head injury occured to Sara Zandi, a women's karting champion in a racing accident. She has lost her short-term memory for a year. Her Parents, her brother and her close relatives who are worried about her, put all their efforts to improve her mental state and also keep the news of her condition as a secret. Every morning Sara wakes up, she assumes that it is June 21st, the day accident occured. It was her father's birthday as well, so she celebrates his birthday every day. One day, Sara meets a young funny man named Sami Raad. Sami falls in love with her without knowing what Sara is going through. Later on, he expresses her interest in Sara and proposes to her. Sara's family is worried whether Sami would leave if he notices her situation just like the previous suitors. Thus they decide to share the reality of Sara's mental state with Sami. Exposing the reality not only does not make him upset about Sara, but also makes him so determined that he marries her. A few years later, Sara and Sami, along with their two children, are living a peaceful life, while Sara still does not remember her previous day every day.
