A substance is accidentally discovered in a laboratory for the production of spraying and pest control products. It has a miraculous effect and its usage makes it impossible for one to do any wrong or to tell any lies. The young engineer and his colleague who are the discoverers of this substance, are struggling with many problems due to using it. Their truthfulness and integrity in the big and crowded city they live, cause chaos and troubles. Thus the engineer seeks for a solution to reverse what he has done.
