Mehri and Nouri who have divorced, own a large manufacturing plant. Mirzaei, the factory accountant, plots a conspiracy to pretend the company is bankrupted. Nouri and Mehri decide to marry again in order to save the company. When they begin their mutual life again, they find out about the plots made by Mirzaei and his wife. When Heidar, the factory guard, enters the story, some new events come up.
