Neda Afshari, a newspaper reporter, is attacked and killed while preparing a report on homeless women. On the same night, a woman named Ghogha escapes from prison and disappears after stealing a young man (Reza)'s car. Reza is attracted to her and has been tracking her life over the years. Ghogha sees Neda's picture in the newspaper and is shocked by their similatiry. She becomes intrigued and finds out that Neda was her twin sister, but she (Ghogha) had been stolen as a child and led to mischief. She decides to avenge her sister and starts wandering the streets at night. She identifies her sister's killers one by one, and with the help of Reza and Neda's husband, kills them. The killer who is also the leader of the homeless women - known as Dracula - lives on the last floor of a building. He resists Ghogha, but the latter eventually strangles him and burns his apartment. Reza and Neda's husband are both eager to marry her, but she surrenders herself to the prison officials believing that she has already performed her duty.
