A young engineer intends to marry the daughter of a wealthy family. Her father hires a guy who works at a resident registration office to gather information on the engineer. However, the registration office employee mistakes a criminal for the engineer because of his physical similarities and his investigations lead to the discovery of a heroin smuggling gang. After the look-alike of the engineer gets arrested, the truth gets revealed and finally the engineer and the girl marry each other.
