Alfred Jean Batiste Lamer, a French musician, came to Iran in 1868 as the head of the royal orchestra at the time of Nasir al-Din Shah. He is the creator of the first national anthem of Iran, is the first western conservatory and author of the first sections of the Iranian classical line. The film, based on various documents, describes the life and works of this musician.
