Nehal and Atosa are suffering from identity impairment and are trying to reach their original identity. They are trying to change sex and in this way Shahrzad guides them.The film has a social context, and it is a breakthrough in the lives of the three transgender men of the world, Atoosa, Nahal and Shahrzad, who are faced with the issue of gender change. The film tries to deal with a different aspect of the neglected part of the life of the trance, which, in spite of the confrontation with the issues and problems faced, are trying to achieve their original identity.
