Years ago, as a result of a conflict between two neighborhoods, Looti Heydar from one neighborhood and Baba Shamal from another, face each other and happen to become close friends thereafter. After resolving the dispute, Baba shamal intends to marry a girl named Shaukat. She is the girl whom Looti Heydar is in love with too. So as not to be an obstacle for their marriage, Looti decides to emigrate. Later on and upon Baba Shamal's request, he cancels his trip. His stay provokes further rumors, and as a result, conflicts occur between Baba Shamal and Looti Heydar. Eventually, the truth becomes apparent.
