Contrary to everyone's thoughts, a sergeant returns to his birthplace after eight years. His Russian wife, Gol-Bakht, and his son, Bahman, work in his brother's mechanic shop. Gol-Bakht is planning to return to Russia with her mother after the borders have been freed. The Sergent has purchased a land in the jungle before going to the war. After his return, the price of his property has increased drastically, but the land's deed has not been in the sergeant's name and the owner refuses to give it to him for the same price as before. He goes to find the old retired stable who was the police station's boss, but the stable still thinks of himself as retired. Everything ends along the borders...
