An old man who is hard of hearing is looking for his lost bird with a cage in his hand. One day, he notices a couple and recognizes the woman. The girl's husband follows them in their next meetings and kills the old guy. The husband is then taken to the court and is sentenced to death, but they let him decide how to die. He decides to be drowned. This story repeats three times with three different endings.
