The concentration camp of Borazjan is devoted to normal prisoners; however, once a group of political prisoners, arrested during the Iranian 28th Mordad coup in 1953, enters there, the camp turns to a critical place. The sergeant Ejlali, the camp's vice director, uses some of those normal prisoners who are among evildoers, to harass the newcomers. The political prisoners go on the hunger strike; thereby, the sergeant Ejlali is forced to fulfill their wish, which is the separation of the normal and the political prisoners’ campuses. Then, under the guidance of a religious prisoner, known as Seyyed, and a reporter, named Pour Mehr, the political prisoners plan for escaping from the concentration camp; they are able to conduct their plan; however, by the end, just three of them succeed.
