Sadegh Khan invites his adolescent friend, Reza, to Tehran for his son's wedding. A misunderstanding caused a separation and they haven't seen each other for twenty years. Twenty years ago, Reza was sent to jail just a few days before his marriage with Tal'at. After the Islamic revolution, he stays and works in the same city that he was imprisoned. When he comes to Tehran, he finds Tal'at who is still waiting for him. Tal'at also knows that Sadegh Khan is planning to kill Reza so as to hide his own past.
